The final chapter of this story! Mama was successfully spayed and recovered uneventfully in a “kitty condo” I set up abutting the one with the kittens. As for getting the kittens spayed and neutered, it took a bit to get an appointment, but the two boys were first up (the tuxedo and siamese), followed by the three tabby girls about a month later. All six are now living happy lives together as house pets, although Mama isn’t quite fully convinced of the idea just yet!
