What medium do you use?
I work with soft pastels. Soft pastels are like chalk and come in an array of different colors and shades, depending on the brand. I will use several different brands when completing a painting.
How long does it take to complete a piece?
That depends on the size and complexity and whether the painting is a head study, conformation (or action) without landscape or conformation (or action) with landscape.
How much do you charge for a commissioned portrait?
This also depends on the size and complexity of the piece and whether the painting is a head study or conformation. For a current price list, please contact us.
